Awakening Within Courses
There are two levels to the Awakening Within course, the first level - ‘A Guide to Self-Loving’, and the second level - ‘Enhancing Your Sexual Presence’, both of which are 2x 4hr courses run over weekends in a safe and supportive environment.
There are 1on1 programs and also programs for couples under a facilitator
Awakening Within course participants learn how to:

Heal the shame that keeps us from being our true and authentic selves

Develop a new relationship with their bodies based on harmony and respect

Understand their relationship patterns both with themselves and with others

Improve communication with sexual partners and with self

Understand the nature of orgasms and the different types of orgasms available to men
- Learn Tantric yoga, meditation and breath-work
A Guide to Self-Loving - Level 1
To live harmoniously within ourselves means to embrace our spiritual, emotional and physical wellbeing. Conscious acceptance of our bodies and our sexual nature plays a vital role in our spiritual development.
Awakening Within emphasises learning how to play again, while engaging in a series of open discussions and exercises and a voluntary sharing of one’s own experience.
Men may come to grips with what it means to be a sensual/sexual human being, not as a mere classroom exercise, but as a sacred ceremony.
There are guidelines established for Awakening Within which make it safe to express your sensuality and sexuality, and celebrate your own body.
Each part of the course consists of intimate discussions, meditation, open physical contact, massage, body stimulation and yoga exercises that are designed to expand the capacity to experience joy, pleasure and satisfaction.
Enhance Your Sexual Presence - Level 2
This level is designed for men who have completed Level 1 and want to further increase their knowledge and expand their capacity to experience sexual fulfilment and intimacy within themselves and with their partners. It explores body de-armoring to enable men to release physical and emotional blocks that cause us to remain stuck in past trauma or negative experience.

Be capable, as all men are, of increasing their range of orgasmic experience and become multi-orgasmic and have extended massive orgasms

Comprehend the male psyche and sexuality including how men can become multi-orgasmic and how to make love with an open heart

Awakening Within is held in Melbourne, private premises, comfortable, safe, with all facilities provided as required, including showers, refreshments, light meals etc. Exact details will be confirmed upon registration.Course Fee: $495.00 per level or $850 for Levels 1&2
